Communion

This series considers what happens when one living form enters into contact with another. Independent forms begin in proximity, and from there a process begins. The relationship can lend support, but it can also create confusion and entanglement. Eventually the forms reorganize themselves in relation to each other and a new collective body is cocreated. How are we formed by our relationships? What is sustained, constrained, or transformed through contact? How do our individual trajectories change when they become intertwined?

Esta série considera o que acontece quando uma forma viva entra em relação com outra. Formas independentes começam próximas umas das outras e, a partir daí, inicia-se um processo. A relação pode oferecer apoio, mas também pode gerar confusão e emaranhamento. Com o tempo, as formas se reorganizam e um novo corpo coletivo se constitui. Como somos formados por nossas relações? O que é sustentado, restringido ou transformado pelo contato? Como nossas trajetórias individuais se alteram quando se entrelaçam?
